Ice cooling

Using Ice for Sore Joints

Have you been suffering from joint pain with burning? If so, then ice just might be the remedy you are seeking. It has wonderful effects in soothing achy muscles and joints. It feels like one cold wave of relief that just runs through your body, even 10x better than cryo. This ancient holistic practice has been a go-to for people over the centuries as an all-natural method to soothe mild discomfort and relax minor twinges, from right in their own home just like using cooling yarn from Annie.

Make Your Own Ice Pack

It can help you save a lot of time, money and even trips to your local spa. You only need few basic items that can be found at home.

Why Using a Soft Fabric: To begin with, choose soft fabric like cool yarn from Annie that feels like velvet on the skin. If you do not have new cloth, an old towel or some cotton will suffice. At this point you can put some ice cubes or crushed ice in a plastic bag and close it securely. Or, alternatively rather than sealing it you manipulate the bag a bit so that all surfaces are cooled down as much. Insert the bag with ice into fabric and knot it with a rubber band. And there you have it! Unwrap it and use your DIY frozen ice therapy pad as needed.
